John Perovich

John began his career in Real Estate in 2009 after working in management for fortune 500 companies like Target and Nordstrom. Management positions taught him valuable lessons in customer and client satisfaction. While at Target working in fraud investigation, John further developed skills that will ensure he protects his clients money in every transaction. With a bachelor of arts in Communications from California State University of Fullerton, John possesses the communication skills that any successful Realtor needs. Alyse Freeland


Alyse is an alumna of California State University, Fullerton, where she earned a BA in Communications. After graduation, Alyse began a six-year career in the fast-paced world of business consulting, gaining invaluable skills by leading multi-million dollar negotiations for Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to her consulting career, Alyse was the Event Coordinator at the Brea Improv, where she gained a high level of social media marketing competency by launching and running their Facebook page. Alyse joined the Ervin Group in 2016 and is excited to continue the team's tradition of exemplary service, integrity, hard work, and dedication. 

Serving at President of her neighborhood civic association, Alyse spends much of her free time working to ensure her unincorporated neighborhood is well represented with all jurisdictions. When not working on behalf of her clients or her neighbors, Alyse enjoys hanging out with her husband (Nick) and their two dogs (Woodford and Nelson), attending concerts and musicals, reading books, getting crafty, and the occasional Netflix binge session.

Brian comes from a background of finance and technology. In 2017, Brian jumped into real estate after realizing he could utilize his communication and technology skills by creating a better experience for clients in real estate transactions. Brian joined the number one real estate team in Tampa Florida, learning from the best in the industry. During his first year Brian assisted in an astounding 33 transactions, garnering much praise from those he assisted.

Jessica Gilstrap


Jessica Gilstrap proudly assists the team as their listing/transaction coordinator. Her attention to detail and organizational skills lend a helping hand to the team members with online marketing and flyers, coordinating inspections, making sure all paperwork is complete and deadlines are met, facilitating communication between all pertinent parties, and helping to ensure transactions continue to move forward as smoothly as possible.
